Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the website tribar.app or the TriBar mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. The Service
TriBar is a platform that connects sports fans with bars and restaurants broadcasting sporting events. We provide information about schedules, location, and availability of registered venues. We are not responsible for the content broadcast or the operations of any venue.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, or the minimum legal age in your country of residence if higher. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account and Registration
Some features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contacto@tribar.app.
4. Venue Registration
Bar or restaurant owners who register their business on TriBar declare that:
- The information provided (name, address, schedule) is accurate and up to date.
- They hold the necessary rights and licenses to broadcast the listed events.
- They will not publish false, misleading, or third-party rights-infringing content.
TriBar reserves the right to suspend or remove any venue that violates these conditions.
5. Acceptable Use
The following are prohibited:
- Using the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempting to access TriBar systems or data without authorization.
- Publishing offensive, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content.
- Using bots, scrapers, or other automated means without prior written consent.
- Interfering with the Platform's operation or its servers.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content — including logos, design, code, text, and images — is owned by TriBar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written authorization.
By registering a venue, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display the content you upload (name, logo, schedule) within the Platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that broadcast schedules or venue availability information will be accurate, complete, or current at all times. TriBar is not responsible for errors or omissions in venue-published content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriBar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid to TriBar in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or MXN $500 if you have made no payments.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TriBar and its employees, agents, and officers from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications and Service Suspension
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via a notice on the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
